How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page at zippypro.app/login. You'll receive an email with a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. ZippyPro supports CSV import for contacts, estimates, and price books. Go to any list view and click the Import button in the top-right corner.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Team. Click "Invite Member" and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to create their account. You can assign Admin or Member roles.
How does billing work?
ZippyPro bills monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. ZippyPro runs on Supabase with automatic daily backups. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can also export your data at any time from Settings > Data Export.
How do I connect QuickBooks?
Go to Settings > Integrations, find QuickBooks, and click "Connect." You'll be redirected to Intuit's authorization page. Once approved, invoices can be synced with one click.
