We would rather tell you exactly where ZippyPro stands than have you find out after you sign up. This page lists what you can use today, what is switching on during our beta, and what is still coming. We update it whenever we turn a feature on in the app.

• SchedulingMonth, week and day calendar views, crew filters, and recurring service visits.
• Online booking pageHomeowners request a visit from your booking link; you confirm or decline.
• JobsJobs with tasks, crew assignments, and links to the customer and estimate.
• Estimates with e-signingLine items, price book, Good/Better/Best options, deposits, and signing in the client portal with a built-in cancellation notice based on state rules. Check your own state’s requirements with your attorney.
• InvoicesCustomer invoices with status and aging, and recording cash or check payments with a receipt photo.
• Client portalOne link where your customer sees estimates, signs, sees invoices and job progress. Card payments switch on when Stripe goes live (see below).
• Compliance CenterLicense, insurance and bond records with expiry alerts, a rules library, a readiness meter, and a W-9 builder. Turned on per account during the beta. It shows readiness; it does not make you compliant.
• Zapi, the AI assistantAnswers questions from your own account data with sources and drafts messages. It asks before it sends anything or touches money.
• Team and settingsTeam invites, roles, per-module permissions, an audit log, and full data export.
• EmailSend and receive email with your customers, with delivery status.
• Text updates from ZippyProZippyPro can text you, the business owner, about your account (sign up on our text updates page).

Switching on during the beta Beta

Built, and being proven before it is turned on for everyone.

• Card and ACH paymentsBuilt on Stripe with a 0% ZippyPro fee. Working in test mode; live payments start when we switch Stripe to live.
• Website builder publishingYou can build and edit your site today. Publishing it at your own ZippyPro address opens once our first publish test passes.
• Email campaignsBuilt with consent filtering, one-click unsubscribe, and the required footer. Rolling out during the beta.
• Reminders, review requests and follow-upsBuilt and switched off until each one has run on our own test account.
• Crew time clockCrew clock in and out from their phone. Switching on after our phone test; timesheet review is still being built.
• Week view with drag-to-bookA full hourly week grid with click-and-drag booking is in review.

• Texting your customersTwo-way texts, on-my-way texts, and text reminders. Each business needs its own carrier texting registration first, and we are building that.

• Social inboxes and review repliesFacebook, Instagram and Google review replies.
• Multi-page websites and custom domainsPlanned after single-page publishing is proven.
• Payroll and taxThe Money page has Payroll and Tax tabs for estimating labor cost and setting money aside for taxes. ZippyPro does not run payroll, pay anyone, or file taxes.
